    Product and customer service are great Shopify is not.

    I love the product and have created menu items around it, but shipping usually takes a bit of time, so I was sure to order well in advance. Mr. Bing is now using Shopify to ship the items and my original order was placed nearly 40 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I contacted Mr. Bing a couple weeks ago and they shipped me a single pouch to tide us over until our shipment came. It didn't. I contacted them again yesterday and they overnighted my order to me.

    My original order still says "ready to ship", after 40 days.

    The product and customer service are just amazing. I'm not thrilled with Shopify.
