Mr Bing Chili Crisp

When Mr Bing’s Co-Founders, Brian and Ben, met in Beijing in 1998, they ate jianbings (savory Chinese “crepes”) every day – from street food vendors who made them fresh on the backs of bicycle carts.

They loved “bings” so much – and the chili crisp inside them (!) – they began cooking a version of it themselves. Turns out lots of others wanted it too!
