    Chili Crisp Arrabbiata

    Serves: 2*

    Total Time: 35–40 min

    * sauce for ½ pound dry pasta

    Ingredients:

    • ½ lb penne
    • 1 Tbsp salt
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • ½ cup onion, minced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 8 cups water
    • 2 cups canned tomato
    • 4 cup chopped basil
    • 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp Mr Bing Chili Crisp

    Directions:

    Begin boiling a large pot of lightly salted water for pasta. In a sauce pot, heat one tablespoon of your favorite cooking oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add onions and cook about 5 minutes until translucent, soft, and beginning to brown. Add garlic, cook for 2 minutes, add Mr Bing Chili Crisp and cook for 15–30 seconds. Pour water into the pot and scrape up any brown spots, add tomatoes, and gently simmer for 10–15 minutes. While sauce is simmering, cook pasta according to its package instructions. Remove sauce from heat, stir in basil, and combine with pasta.

    Chili Crisp Paella

    Ingredients:

    • 2½ cups broth
    • 1½ cups white rice
    • ½ cup small diced onions
    • ¾ cup cooked chicken (strained, if in water)
    • ¾ cup black beans, strained
    • 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp Mr Bing Chili Crisp

    Directions:

    In a small sauce pot, heat the amount of broth needed for desired amount of white rice. In a separate large skillet, use two tablespoons of your favorite cooking oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent and soft. While onions are cooking, add Mr Bing Chili Crisp to your broth until the taste is at your desired spice level. Add rice to onions and stir gently for 1 minute, then add the chicken, beans, and broth. Cook rice according to its package directions.

    Chili Crisp and Crispy Bacon Brussels Sprouts

    Serves: 4–8

    Total Time: 1 hour

    Ingredients:

    • 1½ pounds brussels sprouts, cut in half through the core
    • 1 teaspoon chili oil
    • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
    • 6 oz (half a package) thick cut bacon
    • 1 teaspoon Mr Bing Chili Crisp
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon molasses

    Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, toss brussels sprouts with chili oil then lay out flat and evenly on a baking sheet. Roast for 20–30 minutes, until tender and browned. While the brussels are cooking, crisp bacon in a pan, allow to cool, then break into bite size pieces. Once brussels are cooked, return to the mixing bowl, toss with crispy bacon, Mr Bing Chili Crisp, apple cider vinegar, and molasses.

    Mr Bing’s Sausage Stuffing

    Serves: 4–8

    Total Time: 1 hour

    Ingredients:

    • 1 loaf of country white or sourdough bread (roughly 1½ pounds), cut into 1-inch cubes
    • ½ cup chopped parsley
    • ½ stick of unsalted butter
    • 1 large white onion, small diced
    • 2 stalks of celery, small diced
    • ¾ pound sweet italian sausage, casings removed
    • 1 tablespoon Mr Bing Chili Crisp
    • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
    • 2–3 cups stock (chicken or vegetable)

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Lay bread out flat and evenly on a baking sheet and toast for 10–15 minutes until dry like croutons. Once dry, set aside in a large bowl with parsley and turn the oven up to 350°F. While bread is toasting, melt butter in a saute pan and sweat onions and celery until soft. Add sausage and break into crumbles as it cooks. After sausage is cooked, add Mr Bing Chili Crisp and salt and cook for 2 minutes. Use ¼ cup of stock to deglaze the pan, then pour over bread in a bowl. Slowly mix in more stock until bread is soft and soggy but not fully saturated, the bread cubes should still hold their shape. Lightly butter a baking dish, gently press stuffing mix into the dish, and bake for 30–45 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
