Mr Bing Trail Mix


Packed with a blend of savory cashews, peanuts, pecans, pepitas, crunchy pretzel sticks, chow mein noodles, and sweet dried apricots, it's the ultimate on-the-go snack. Created by @HangryInLove

Ingredients

  •  1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup dried apricot, quartered
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp Mr Bing Chili Crisp
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, add cashews, peanuts, pecans, pepitas, pretzel sticks, chow mien noodles, and apricot.
  3. In a microwave-safe ramekin, add butter Chili Crisp, and honey. Microwave on high 10 seconds at time, stirring in between, until mixture is melted and well-combined.
  4. Pour Chili Crisp mixture over trail mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer trail mix to foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minute intervals, stirring trail mix in between, until sauce has dried. About 60 minutes total.
